dgit 5.9+exp1,
which copies some non-world-readable files into
$AUTOPKGTEST_ARTIFACTS.

I suspect that what is going on is that cosmic's dch is putting
`cosmic' into the changelog. If so, depending on dch putting
`unstable' in would be a bug in the test suite.

dgit rpush ought to work fairly well for the stuations where debrsign
might be used, and does not have this ssh trust reversal problem.
(It still operates rather as a signing oracle but the signing oracle
