BTRFS shouldn't be offert as a option filesystem in the debian installer.
It is unsafe to use. Quallity is poor. No recovery possible on filesystem

This package has been unmaintained upstream for the last 2 years except
for some build fixes. In the meantime the upstream maintainer considers it
abandoned, and recommends using the modesetting ddx with glamor instead.
I can confirm this bug report on Ubuntu 16.0.4.3LTS 4.4.0-112-generic x68_64
Play on Linux version: 4.2.10
Bug observed with wine prefixes: v3.1 x86, v1.9.19 x86
On my system, this infinite loops causes the reported error message to be
written to ~/.cache/upstart/unity7.log over and over again.

tmsnc locks at the login screen (it doesn't react to the keyboard to
give a username and/or password).
I tried to compile tmsnc from the upstream sources (0.3.1, not tried
with 0.3.0!), with these results:
When using gcc 4.0.2-4 (configure),
