reference in the man page, so I'm reassigning it before this orphan

Btw, I didn't realise before, fixing 652139 caused 726768.
In the example of the first bug report sndfile.h is probably a name
too generic to be included in /usr/include directly, and modplug one
could be prefixed by a common string, as all Qt libs do for example.

You submitted an almost identical bug ~5 years before that one, that I
triaged yesterday, so I am merging them. As explained in the other
bug report, I think that it is mostly fault of cwidget rather than
aptitude.
