However, they are
Ctrl-C, there come a couple of
messages something like this: I/O buffer error on loop device.
Could you send the fstab entry this happens with?

Package: qgis
Version: 1.4.0+12730-3+b2
Severity: important
When I load a shapefile, and resize qgis to full-screen and back
(using ion3's full-screen hotkey), qgis crashes (backtrace below,
valgrind log attached). That does not happen when the map is empty.

Version: 2.7-18lenny6
Severity: important
The following program enters an endless loop inside fprintf(), which
consumes 100% CPU:
int main(int argc,char**argv) {
close(2);
static char buffer[8193];
memset(buffer, ' ', sizeof(buffer)-1);
fprintf(stderr, %s\n,
appears quickly followed by a set of progress bars detailing
its progress on creating the database, unfortunately it always crashes
midway through.

Please drop the version constraint on the python-support Build-Depends.
In fact the source package builds just fine, producing working binary
packages, with python-support versions as old as Debian oldstable and
Ubuntu hardy.

Can you confirm that test.c doesn't trigger the bug when ffado is
compiled without DEBUG?
Confirmed. The package 2.0.1+svn1856-6 hides the symptoms of the bug.
(The bug is of course still present, and needs to be fixed)

Max, can I close this bug?
I still don't think that any package should require networking to be
set up or even enabled in the kernel to build from source.

Here's the missing C program.
It turns out clearing the cache does not affect the issue; just my
first few tries showed a correlation. Now it seems to fail always. I
will update this bug report as soon as I know more.
