Please unblock package django-auth-ldap
It fixes RC bug #669486 and the only upstream change from 1.0.18 to .19
is a compatibility fix for
is = 1.0.
How should I deal with this? Prepare a new upload?

Hi,
Upstream has release version 1.0.3 of libmemcached. I've adapted
packaging to it [0]. It only has 4 lintian warnings left because of
missing manpages.
Is there any interest in merging my changes to bring this package up to

This seems to be a missing Dependency on libsasl2-dev by libmemcached-dev.
It will be fixed by the next upload of libmemcached.

In order to fix #643912 and to comply with Policy Section 2.5 the priority has

Please adjust the override file.
libmemcached-dev_1.0.3-1_amd64.deb: package says priority is optional,
the build against 1.0, so I'll apply this and upload it once
the 1.0 libmemcached build stabilizes. (Right now, it's failing on
most architectures.)
Thanks, I missed that duplication in my patch. libmemcached-1.0.4-1 is
already waiting for an upload and should fix the FTBFS.
