Hi folks,
snes9express is waiting for snes9x. I am trying to find a solution for
these packages on debian (maybe support less archs) and I will propose
a solution for this as early as possible.

I think that this bug can be closed. This is not applicable anymore. I
opened this bug trying to put hardinfo on testing before freeze (the
package was not compiling on some arch's). Now architecture is not a
problem anymore and hardinfo will support all.

I am not sure yet if is really necessary to use dpkg-architecture to
detect architecture of build environment because it does not have
everything about architecture that hardinfo needs and because it will
need a lot of code to handle the difference between what uname and
dpkg-architecture return.
This bug will be fixed on next hardinfo upload. I think that the problem is
important but not enought for an upload. So on next upload I will include
the fix. Thanks a lot for your help Takehiko.
Leandro (upstream author) is already working on this bug. I will
upload the package when he release a patch for it. Thanks a lot for
you help Hristo.

On bug #385781 I forgot to ask to remove hardinfo from unstable too. I
want to remove support to alpha, arm, ia64, m68k, s390 on hardinfo. I
will add this support later, but at this moment I want hardinfo on
testing while I code support for other archs.
hardinfo migrate to testing and solve reported bugs.

please remove hardinfo for the following architectures on testing:
alpha, arm, ia64, s390, m68k.
The upstream released a new vesion that does not support this
architectures anymore. The binaries on testing are messing hardinfo to
migrate to testing.
