dig +trace retrieves root server list by an NS Root query on the local
recursive server. This query has the Recursion Desired bit set to 0 as

amsn can't connect with tcl-tls 1.6+dfsg-2 installed, proposing to
install tcl-tls 1.5. Downgrading to tcl-tls 1.5.0.dfsg-10+b1 solve the

I have nearly the same problem: amsn freeze during connection. Launched
under strace, amsn connect perfectly. In a console I have this error
