Dear Maintainer,
libbrotlidec.a is unusable in brotli 1.1.0-1 since it is identical to
libbrotlicommon.a
This happened because patch 0001-build-static-libraries-by-default.patch seems
to contain
a copy paste error:
quot;\tCOLORTERM=lilyterm"); to
g_string_append_printf (environ_str, "COLORTERM=lilyterm");
I'll leave that for upstream to figure out ;-)

Sorry me again,
It just so came to me: name_len notwithstanding, name_off==0 might
actually be valid as a pointer offset (since the if is denying name_off<1)
