gems fails to load mime/types: no such file to load -- mime/types (LoadError)
... since the types.rb file is now installed to
/usr/lib/1.8/ruby/mime/types.rb

Taxbird 0.14 can be compiled against both, libgtkhtml3.8 and
gtkhtml3.14 (the configure scripts checks for both versions and
prefers the latter).
