I can confirm that the following command to update resolves the problem of slow
man-db performance on E2 Micro Instances on Google Cloud during apt upgrade
activities:
sudo apt install -t bullseye-backports man-db
Control: retitle -1 RM: fonts-arkpandora -- RoM; no rdeps; outdated;
dead upstream; superseded by fonts-liberation and fonts-croscore
uot; which prevented this
step. This package, however, has since been removed from Debian as well.
