After reviewing my package, IO realized cjk-latex has been removed from testing. Until some fix is done on postinst script, it will not enter testing due to #285198 (Manual edit of texmf.cnf not recommended). It seems we need to add some script to /etc/texmf/texmf.d insted of screwing around wit
