The init script should fail with an error message, visibile to the user
if the user lacks sufficent priveleges to start spampd (non-root).

I wasn't massfilling, but filed this at the request of the maintainer,
based on a suggestion I made to him.
ok.
On a lighter note, at least postfix shows something; Permission denied
and Operation not permitted at
