Hi,
currently, equivs-build creates roughly half of its output as
deprecation warning.
$ equivs-build kernel-image-zgserver.ctl

dh_clean: dh_clean -k is deprecated; use dh_prep instead

It should be adapted to use the current debhelper feature set since
debhelpers compatibility hacks are probably going to be less reliabla
than the mainstream operation modes.
That's a poor reason, unless you can think of actual bugs in debhelper
compatibility levels. Joey takes
