It is a feature that dpkg-buildpackage -P nocheck does not set
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.

My solution above is policy compliant and allow to test nocheck with
dpkg-buildpackage

I just ACCEPTed node-toidentifier from NEW but was wondering if:
