kwalletd) running for the migration.

Dear Maintainer,
When opening a PDF in Epiphany (using 'browser-plugin-evince') it
flickers all the time, making it unpleasant to read. This happens with
any PDF file I've tried, and these same files don't flicker when opened
in Evince.

At that time emacs-w3m is about to access the url "about:", and

Thanks - basically the stopper has been that Hongwei changed the build
system and I simply haven't had the time to sort out the new binaries and
libraries he added.
I know someone was looking at creating a patch but that seems to have
disappeared... sorry.

there seems to be no mention of kwallet in the notes
* then I've upgraded from jessie to stretch
* when I start kwalletmanager it comes up empty
* all my passwords seem to be gone

patch is welcome, NMU is not; feel free to upload the patch to this bug and
i'll take care of the upload. thanks for working on this Debian bug

originally I've posted this as a follow up to
#863844, however #809964 seems to be the more appropriate place.
Here goes the same comment as in 863844, slightly adapted:
* before upgrading from jessie to stretch I've checked the release notes
