When upgrading dokuwiki, I installed the new /etc/dokuwiki.apache.conf
from your package.
In the package postinst file, it is:
# Get config options
db_get dokuwiki

I have the same problem for wireless connection.
Furthermore, I can't Disconnect eth0 :

It seems to me that this is not a bug in nm-applet.
In my case it's the bug #598150 in consolekit (for using xdm).
The patch in this message
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=598150#110 fix the issue.
Thanks,
Bin
