Yesterday I have successfully rebuilt sbcl in a up-to-date pbuilder chroot
on sparc. The log of the build is available at
http://www.wooyd.org/debian/misc/sbcl-build.log.bz2
Perhaps it was some transient failure and the build just has to be
retried?

Can you please send the output of the command 'prtconf -p -v' to the
bug? prtconf binary is provided by sparc-utils package.
