I confirm the bug:

not satisfied by how tailor deals with encodings, as I do not
see a way to handle different incompatible charset, if not using a
superset as UTF-8, as the originator seems already doing.
I'd be curious to know if current version is right, as it should at
least operating under UTF-8.
