So it took a longer than expected to test the remaining two. So from
what I can tell here, python-pyclamav + libc-icap-mod-clamav (libclamav
inerface) seem still to work in s-p-u on i386.

It did, and it was accepted into p-u by the ftp-team yesterday. It's now
built everywhere so I'll look at the binNMUs soon.

No problem. It is better that way than just rubber-stamp it.

Okay. Uploaded the current package which hits first s-p-u. I hope to be
able to test the remaining two packages this weekend.

Regading the binNMU: please note that (almost) all packages have the
same source version in stable as in unstable/testing and their binary
version (in testing) is +b1. So maybe +0+b1 would be better to ensure an
update path from s -> s-u and then s -> testing.

Thanks. It should end up in NEW, as libclamav7 doesn't exist in stable.
Once it does, we can ask the ftp-team to have a look.

We can only schedule binNMUs as +bX, so in those cases we'll likely have
to do something like schedule +b(>=3) for unstable and, assuming those
succeed, then schedule +b2s for p-u.

Adam

Any testing we could get before looking at releasing the packages to the

Please note that this will trigger a transition in stable due to
libclamav6 -> libclamav7. The following packages needs to be rebuilt:
- python-pyclamav
- havp
- dansguardian
- libc-icap-mod-virus-scan
- libclamunrar

The transition for unstable was tracked in #806999. I rebuilt all
packages in Jessie on i386.

I have bad memories of the last time we had a libclamav SONAME change in
stable - more precisely, in volatile. When you say you've rebuilt the
packages, I assume that this means that no source changes were needed?
Have you performed any testing (either installation/upgrade or
functional) testing on the resulting packages?

libclamunrar needs a source upload to change
the manual dependency (and upload library version). Do I need a
separate

pu-bug for it?

Yes, one bug per source package please.

Adam

havp seems to work (installed old, dpkg -i new package, loaded a page
and the eicar test signature which got blocked as expected). dansguardian
(just installed the new package, used behind havp) seems to serve content,
too.
I did no test the other packages (but this can change on your request).
