Package: gobby
Version: 0.5.0-8.1
Severity: normal

On initial start (and upgrade), the "allow remote users to edit local
documents" checkbox is ticked. At a conference like DebConf17, it led to have
plenty of people 'pollute' the list of documents, and makes the "centralized
gobby server" use-case more confusing.

I also tend to think it's a bad default, especially as it comes along without
a requirement to enter a password.

Cheers,
OdyX
