Bug#888203: [pkg-cinnamon] Bug#888203: unable to install applets, desklets and extensions in Cinnamon
Hi maintainers A result of help given on a forum Debian, the solution has been found. We can install Cinnamon 3.2 minimum version without the recommended packages or the packages suggested. For applets, desklets, and extensions are working properly, you need to install the gettext package. By itself, it solves the problem,and the installation of the applets is done without any problem. As replied by reporter in another mail install of cinnamon-desktop-environment metapackage (probably with recommends as I suggested) solved the problem. A specific package/s related should be find and should consider if add to deps (or moved from recommends/suggest), need also to check if some adds of missed deps done in cinnamon 3.4 packages and 3.6 (in debian gits) have "already" solved this. --- Questa e-mail รจ stata controllata per individuare virus con Avast antivirus. https://www.avast.com/antivirus
