Bug#946979: lists.debian.org: Have a mailing list archive for the JavaScript team.

If I'm understanding the guide correctly, from the "Moving existing mailing lists to lists.debian.org" section, I feel that I don't really need a name, rationale, and so on, right? Because we want to move away from the existing alioth-lists.d.net service to lists.d.o. The JavaScript team's current list is https://alioth-lists.debian.net/pipermail/pkg-javascript-devel/ and we'd appreciate having lists.debian.org/debian-js instead. And it'd be great to have the existing archive to be imported as well! Please let me know if I'm not correctly parsing the mentioned guide. - u

I support the reasoning here, so we may have productive discussions without noise. The tracker can be used to check upload status anyway. Bug#946979: lists.debian.org: Have a mailing list archive for the JavaScript team.
Package: lists.debian.org Severity: wishlist Hiya, The JavaScript team is still using the old archive (that is, alioth-lists.debian.net) which gets very messy and noisy since there are a lot (hundres each month) of auto-generated emails from the FTP Masters. Moreover, all the other teams have switched to lists.debian.org/debian-. That said, I hereby request a slot for the JavaScript team, that is, debian...@lists.debian.org. Thank you :) Let me know if you require any more reasoning or anything of that sort!
