I may not have been the best in describing the situation.

The latest version of your package failed to build from source:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=panicparse

I believe that that's due to the right version not being available
because it wasn't built.

I think the problem is with the FTBFS on arch:all, as the topic of this
bug tells you.

I probably don't understand what happens.
The package to be tested is src:panicparse, and it builds
bin:golang-github-maruel-panicparse-dev and bin:panicparse.
Now the logs says it can't find golang-github-maruel-panicparse-dev.

Is there any change in debci/autopkgtest recently? I think such
problem hasn't occurred previously, and the code in autopkgtest-pkg-go
hasn't been changed for a long time.

Dear maintainers,

Your new package panicparse has an autopkgtest, great. However, it fails
because your package fails to build from source on arch:all and hence
the package it test depends on is not available. I copied some of the
output at the bottom of this report. I also included some of the output
of the build log.

Currently this is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can you please
investigate the situation and fix it?
