I don't think you should remove /usr/lib/fglrx/diversions/libglx.so by hand. This file belongs to xserver-xorg-core (that's why there is a diversion). I think it is related to the fact that fglrx-glx.postrm removes fglrx-driver diversions although it shouldn't. Could you test the last revision
