Hi Antonio,
The log is available here and the autopkgtest version used is 5.4.1~bpo9+2
http://debomatic-amd64.debian.net/distribution#unstable/h5py/2.8.0-1/autopkgtest
So I think it would be fixed when the backported backage is updated.

Hi,
I thinks I've fixed the issue for bug #897797 in Git[1] for
libsmithwaterman but somehow it fails to build for a different
reason now. Any idea why this might happen:

The version is missing. The same problem occurs in `Depends` too:

Thanks for the report. I've checked in a fix for this into the

I agree that's the generic way forward for safe-rm in light of usrmerge but
did not feel it was right to make up such a path in Ubuntu. I'm happy with
such a solution for Debian, and for Ubuntu. I'm off for two weeks, but will
migrate Ubuntu over to that if and when available for merging/syncing
I took a look at the details of the diversion that the latest version of
dash sets up and it's really quite complicated. It's not clear that I could
easily get it right, even copying that code, and the consequences of getting
it wrong could be disastrous.
So instead I went for an easier approach:
