Did you upgrade your theme inside a running gnome session ?
Because in this case, you first need to log out/log in to really use
mutter 44.8-3.
Meaning you will get this issue until you re-start a new session.

I just tested bleachbit (2.0-2) on my Debian testing/sid and it is perfectly
working (I got no error messages).
I am using Firefox-ESR 60.4.0esr-1 from testing/main.
So, as described in the bleachbit issue (See [1]), I think Firefox ESR 60 broke
