I have seen that this bug have changed to grave. Please can you
try the attached patch? It solves bug #691340 and #642209 for chrony
1.24-3.1 and should also solve this bug.

So I have tried to find the reason for this difference and I have found

timidity-daemon installs an system-wide daemon. But
pulseaudio is a user-wide "daemon".
