bigger projects (like NetBSD, FreeBSD, OpenBSD and Debian) and voila,
you need minimum 1 GBs of RAM just for the rsync in memory file list.

Yes. The CD 2,3,4 should already boot however because they're directly
using the boot image but for CD1 (isolinux) I need to have kernel and
initrd images separately.

(hint ~/.wgetrc and/or hacking the command line options, passed to it)
I think this is your problem (wget needs -Y on to use the proxy settings).

Both warnings are related to the same problem ... there are packages
without a Section field. You can safely ignore those messages.
