The package should be updated to follow the last version of Debian Policy
(Standards-Version 3.7.2 instead of 3.6.2.0).
However, version 3.7.2.0 is neither in unstable nor at
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/
Both only have version 3.7.1.0. How comes that the PTS
