Duck, This is an installer problem, not a libc6 problem. To verify, download the x86 Nvidia 1.0-4496 installer from Nvidia's website, edit the top- level Makefile's install: target (remove kernel_module_install from the end of the line), then run make install. Verify that /usr/lib/tls/libGL*
