Hi Shengjing,
by chance I realised that you have packaged biogo[1]. This is quite
interesting for the Debian Med team and we have added the package to the
"Biology development" task of our team[2] (since I now realised that the
package exists in Debian).
The goal of the Debian Med team is to pro

Hi Felix,
I've seen your
ITP: golang-github-golang-freetype -- The Freetype font rasterizer in the
Go programming language.
I need this library as a predepencency for some package and I'm
wondering about the status of the packaging. Do you need any
help? Was there any reason for rejection

Hi,
I pushed several changes to singularity-container Git[1] (including
changing debian/.gitlab-ci.yaml to get build logs I can link to). I
also upgraded two golang packages (golang-github-blang-semver-dev and
golang-github-vbauerster-mpb-dev) to the versions that are neede

Hi,
thanks to the hint from Shengjing Zhu[1] I had a look at apptainer[2]
which needs oras-go[3]. I did a packaging attempt on Salsa[4] but
Nilesh Patras told me that I hav choosen a wrong source package name.
Unfortunately Nilesh is offline this week and thus I'm asking here for a
review before

Thanks a lot. Nit-picking right to the repo is extremely welcome and

Hi,
I'm trying to package missing dependencies for apptainer[1].
Looking at the error messages in Salsa CI[2] which says:

Hi,
thanks a lot for all the hints I've got. Regarding including vendored
copies I agree in the actual case with Nilesh to package it separately.

Hi,
I updated singularity-container in Salsa to the latest available CE
release and added some new Build-Depends. Unfortunately it does not
build as you can see in salsa-ci[1]. Any help to get the package build

Cool. I'd be happy if you would ping me to let me continue with
singularity.

But if you are wondering yourself why you are in here it makes no sense
