I saw that 4.3.3-5 landed in Testing, so I upgraded. After the reboot, there were no more xhci error messages. The adapter shows up just fine in plasma-nm, and I ran a few speed tests to generate traffic. Everything's looking good, and it seems like this update fixed the problem. Thanks
