Hi Tim, see below - denoiser will be removed soon. Further hint. I did a lot in qiime packaging to fix #639389 and several other stuff. The simplest way to fix the FTBFS bug was switching to python2, but I used your trick from pynast to enable other helpers. I'd be very happy if you could use
