Hi Aaron, I ping you personally since you always was of great help with all the ncbi stuff. I updated sra-sdk in Git to something that should be close to building - but than I realised: gcc -static-libgcc -o /build/sra-sdk-2.11.2+dfsg/debian/tmp/usr/sra-tools/linux/gcc/x86_64/rel/bin/vdb-sql.2
