Hi Andreas, hi Steffen, Unfortunately, MultiQC is not DFSG compatible because its main component is Highcharts (CC BY-NC 3.0). https://github.com/ewels/MultiQC/issues/800 But this tool is very useful, so maybe we can push it in non-free. Best, Dylan
