No. Similarly, you could provide a manpage or sources[1] via debian/.
IMO, it is not a good practice to generate new files in upstream place
via patches.

tream releases to experimental to know the
behavior in each architecture. For MISSING lines, an easy fix is to
exclude the fault architectures. E.g. to exclude i386 and x32:
(arch=!i386
!x32)(c++)"gensios::gensio_cpp_vlog_handler(gensios::gensio_os_funcs*,
gensios::gensio_log_levels, char const*, __va_list_tag*)@Base"

Note that the current source code in Github dropped the CRLF in
several files. To compare the old version with the current version via
diff, in a separate directory, you could use dos2unix. In src/, the
command "file *" will help to see all files using CRLF. This procedure
is a workaround for 698359#10.

This lintian is for a source, not for a binary. See:

can try upload the orig file to mentors. To include
the .orig.tar.gz in a revision different from -1 you can use:
$ dpkg-buildpackage -sa -k
instead of debuild or debuildsa, if you have in your /etc/bash.bashrc:
alias debuildsa='dpkg-buildpackage -sa -k'
After build, check if your .dsc and .changes files include the orig.tar.gz file.
