One of the things I am planning on working on during the next Ubuntu cycle is
the transition to dh_python2. I think there are two parts to this:
* Uncontroversial: python-central -> dh_python2
* (Perhaps?) controversial: python-support -> dh_python2

I don't really understand the logic of the Python packages, modules,
and software.
Most of them are installed in /usr/lib/pythonX.Y/dist-packages/, as
the Debian Python Policy says.
Many of them are in /usr/pyshared/pythonX.Y/ (such as PyQt4)
