libextractor3 is missing from the list of rdpends. I've stumbled upon this as well. vdr-plugin-xineliboutput doesn't build anymore because it depends on libextractor3 which depends in librpm2 which depends on rpm-common (= 4.9.1.3-2) which isn't available after the upload of the new rpm anymore.
