at least two affected packages, apt-listbugs and schleuder, are missing.
Nicolas Dandrimont spotted a mistake in the following regexp:

This update is needed to prevent issues when using the Lenny installer
to install Etch.
debconf-apt-progress is the sole target of this update. As far as we

klcc currently in libklibc-dev=1.4.27-1 on amd64 is broken. It
references /usr/local/bin/gcc.
The 1.4.27-1 upload [1] was made on amd64, so it seems to be a problem
with the maintainer setup [2]. Other buildd'ed packages do not exhibit
this problem, and buliding the package from source fixes
