Hi,
The most likely contenders are 10th and 17th February but unless I missed
it, there's no indication from ftp-master (crucial) or webmasters
(highly desirable). Are either of those dates preferable for you?

I am writing here because of a bug [1] in libstdc++ blocking Telegram Desktop
from backporting to bookworm. The bug is not fixed yet but can be masked in
the libmsgsl-dev package. And should we do an update of the later package in
bookworm-stable, or bookworm-backports
