I think we should drop pythonmagick:
1. it is an upstream bug
https://github.com/ImageMagick/PythonMagick/issues/5. I will fix ASAP
when a new upstream is ready
2. They are three new security bugs with CVE in imagemagick.

I need to upgrade a newer version to experimental fixing two CVE... I
will prefer to use the newest version and I am rebuilding for
experimental.

they are now two problems

k3b FTBS for unstable #838516
pythonmagick need to be upgraded to newer version

It is a good idea to upgrade pythonmagick due to security concern.

libmagick++-6.q16-6. That seems like a mistake, though I guess just leave it

experimental to unstable;

Next stable version need to be based on this version from a security point of 
view. It fix more than 50 securities bugs..;

Moreover this version use autopkg test improving the quality of testing.
