Thanks for the report and for the comments. Leo is right, this has
nothing to do with Multi-Arch although discovered a problem of releasing
compilation PATHs.

The debian package of urdfdom-headers with version 0.4.1 has a problem
in the upstream source code, which setup the version to 0.4.0 (0.4.1 is
the good one).
It has been fixed in git upstream.
