Has mirado en tu propio crontab? Podrías esta ejecutándolo con sudo o
algo parecido.
La otra opción es que busques con grep la palabra rsync o /mnt/DATOS
en los directorios que pueden utilizar cron:
grep -nR rsync /var/spool/ /etc/cron*
Creo que con eso deberías tener suficiente.
