could to change the MTU of the local LAN. then i added 4x1Gb intel LAN on
the same system and it was working as expected. that shows limit was with
the Hardware.

Tengo un pequeño servidor debian con una controladora para hacer RAID,
la cual he usado para montar dos discos espejo.
La controladora es una LSI SAS1064E con la que uso en linux los drivers
