Não sei qual aplicação você roda seus sistemas atualmente, mas manter um servidor em casa com conexão doméstica é loucura. Se for só o wordpress é mais loucura ainda. Fora a disponibilidade que fica comprometida. VPS, hospedagem compartilhada são boas soluções e atendem boa parte dos cenários.
