audio mixer stopped working

my xfce jessie audio mixer has stopped detecting my audio devices, according to error message. It suggests missing gstreamer or permission problems. I haven't changed any permissions or uninstalled any gstreamer packages. I tried reinstalling gstreamer and audio mixer, but no joy. Any suggestions?

Hello, I installed stretch on a external usb hard drive and when I boot on the had drive and I shut down, then I boot again, but on the internal hard drive, with jessie, the time is delayed by one hour. I would like to know if this is normal, and if not what can I do to fix the problem ?
