Assegura't que el problema tracta dels gràfics. Jo tinc també Intel integrada en un ordinador (amb Debian 10 Stable) i hora a hora funciona més i més lent. No sé com esbrinar què és el què alenteix el sistema, si la mitigació Metldown/Spectre , si el controlador gràfic o el què. Narcis Garcia
