fetchmail multidrop problem

exist and usually do receive eMails this problem is affecting only a few users, and it seems that it also depends on the senders, maybe fetchmail just doesn't like some special characters or something else in these mail headers ? Andreas Rapp

I would like to start fetchmail in daemon mode at boot time as a regular user, not as root (I don't want fetchmail sending unresolved eMails to root, but to my account) Can regular users also have boot scripts ? Andreas

fetchmail problem

Hi, I'm using fetchmail to collect the eMail for our domain, occasionally I get an error message from cron Daemon: another foreground fetchmail is running and have to kill fetchmail manually. Any Idea ? Andreas Rapp crontab (user ar) 17,47 8-20 * * 1-5 /usr/bin/fetchmail -s .fetchmailrc

RAID with Debian ?

We are using a Debian system at our company as eMail and Internet Gateway. To make it more reliable I would like to add RAID. Has anyone experience with RAID controllers or software solutions ? Andy

rcp and rsh: permission denied

Hi, How can I allow other hosts to rcp or run rsh on my host ? I've set all permissions in hosts.allow, so rlogin, telnet works; only for rcp and rsh the permission is denied. thanks, Andreas Rapp
