I hope someone can tell me how to fix that.
I am using a localized version of debian (FRench), but I modified the LANG
env. variable to get an english output - I think it's better to post in
english here ;)
Thanks for reading ! :)

/According to linuxreviews article's on 6/11/2004, there is a nasty bug
that lets a simple C program crash the kernel (2.4.18-2.6.x reported so
far), effectively locking the whole system. Affects both 2.4.2x and
2.6.x kernels on the x86 architecture. This exploit can be compiled and
run without

You're right, the problem is ECN. It is set to enabled in the pre-compiled

Hi debian users,
I would like to make a bootable base installation cdrom with the packages provid
ed for floppy disks. So instead of having to copy 9 floppy , I would have only
1 cdrom. Is there any instruction on howto do that? The only info I found is
for making a cd from the commercial cdimage.

.xawtv config file without any success. The loop to the sound card doesn't
work. Also, there is no sound from the bttv card output if i connect
headphone directly on it. Any idea?
Thanks.

Has I understand, the X packages in slink are not yet ready for installation.
My question is: it is possible to upgrade to slink without upgrading the X
packages?
