that policy-rc.d is ignored at boot is more of a feature (at least in

just a squeeze to wheezy upgrade that would have messed'up that much
with you ldap entries. You should double check your ldap.
And take a look at samba4, it is much easier to setup and manage.

Also you should check why root is getting so many Mails and disable the

I got it working, now. The problem was that tzdata was set to the
correct zone after the first setup and rsyslog wasn't restarted since
then. So in the auth.log every log entry was 2 hours old.

Recently nfs shares stopped being automatically mounted on 2 of my
machines. These are up-to-date squeeze systems and the nfs server runs
lenny. This used to work fine until one or two months ago.
I cannot see any relevant message in logs.
